Like my fangs? |
Vampires are all the craze right now! With vampy shows, like my favorite,True Blood. It’s no surprise that these mystical creatures of the dark are popping up everywhere this Halloween. I created my own vampire rendition to share with you guys.
I was playing with my camera, and decided to use the film grain setting for these pics. I think the black and white effect gives them a creepier effect. Since I was using a black and white setting, I created an exaggerated contour. It looks a little over done in the colored pics, but I wanted to include both images, so that everyone could see the difference. I have to say, I’m very please with them film grain finished result.

I just had to use my True Blood for this pic 🙂 |

The black and white give the pics a vintage feel |
I packed on the contour to give a sculpted look in a black and white image |

Just a quick tip. Whenever you are applying make up for a black and white image, it is important to create color contrast, since the photo on pics up shades of black and white. To create greater contrast, pack on your shadow, highlight, and contour. Remember, dark colors create depth and light colors come forward. Play with this , it’s tons of fun!
I have an epic look coming very soon!

I like it. Subtle, but gets the point across very well. And you can still look super cute even with the blood and fangs
