I know, I know. I’m supposed to be thinking fall fashion right now and how to transition summer to fall. But, despite the fact that the world of fashion is pushing us towards fall, it’s technically still summer. That means that I can still get away with posting one last summer look for the season.
I actually shot this look earlier in the summer, but I’m just getting around to sharing it with the world. I’ve been loving the 90s fashion comeback and when I scored this vintage windbreaker jacket for under $3 at the thrift store, it inspired me to create a 90s street style look.
This is 90s fashion as I remember it. I may have been in middle school in the height of the era, but I was all about the acid wash denim, Adidas, and choker necklaces. At the time I would have loved to have purple hair, but I’m pretty sure it wasn’t allowed at my school. Lucky for me, I finally I got the purple hair I had always wanted!
I’m happy to see that 90s fashion is going stick around through fall, so expect to see another take on the era soon!
